Dhamma Center serves as a hub for sharing the authentic teachings of Early Buddhism through Dhamma discussions, teachings, question-and-answer sessions, meditation, and traditional Buddhist practices throughout the United States and internationally. Guided by the principles of the Theravāda tradition and the Forest Monastic lineage, the Center promotes inner peace, ethical living, spiritual counseling, stress management, anger management, and mental well-being while helping individuals cultivate right understanding, mindfulness, and wisdom in day-to-day life.
Through educational programs, meditation retreats, spiritual counseling, and community outreach, Dhamma Center preserves and transmits the living heritage of the Buddha’s teachings for present and future generations. Its activities foster personal and spiritual development, cultural preservation, and meaningful engagement with the Dhamma.
Dhamma Center has also contributed to strengthening both the Bhikkhu and Bhikkhunī communities by promoting a deeper understanding of monastic life, supporting Sāmaṇera, Sāmaṇerī, Bhikkhu, and Bhikkhunī ordinations, and providing access to authentic Buddhist training and mentorship. Through these efforts, many individuals have deepened their practice, strengthened their confidence in the Dhamma, and advanced on the path to liberation.
